Services

We support and provide personalized services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As much as possible, we would like to teach them basic life skills as we also provide them with a variety of living arrangements where independence, privacy, and dignity abounds. Their welfare is our primary concern, which is why our providers assist them with their daily routines and activities.

Here are the following services we offer under IRSS:

• Host Home Provider
  Everyone deserves to have a family. To ensure individuals’ overall safety, we conduct an extensive background check and training for the host home providers. We also encourage them to promote a safe and nurturing environment, especially for older adults and people with disabilities. In order to create a deep connection with our clients, we match them to providers that have the same interests and ideals as them.
• Personal Care Alternative Services
  We respect everyone’s privacy. For individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities who prefer to live alone as independently as possible, we also provide a program where they can coordinate with our staff based on their preferred time while setting their personal goals daily. We can also assist when it comes to personal care tasks such as toileting, bathing, grooming, and more. Rest assured that our staff members are just a call away from securing the health and safety of our clients.

We offer a community-based program tailored to support individuals with developmental and intellectual enrolled in the Developmental Disabilities waiver and Supported Living Services waiver. This program allows us to provide individuals with the necessary support they require to live independently while learning basic life skills in the community. This service is offered in a one-on-one or group setting.

We provide valuable support to our clients, especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, through mentorship. We help them with their academics while teaching them new life skills and career guidance. Our mentors provide full support, counseling, friendship, and reinforcement for everyone under our care and supervision.
